USCIS Announces Haitian Immigration Relief Measures

In addition to designating Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), USCIS has announced a series of actions taken to further provide relief for Haitian immigrants, including expedites of certain applications, extensions of status, advance parole, humanitarian parole, emergency work authorization for students, and more.
