Consulates No Longer Accepting I-130 Petitions

The State Department has quietly introduced a new policy of no longer accepting I-130 petitions by U.S. citizens residing abroad.  All I-130 petitions must now be adjudicated by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services offices, which will undoubtedly mean longer processing times.
