USCIS Suspends Religious Worker Visa Premium Processing

U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services has announced an immediate six-month suspension in the availability of premium processing (expedited processing) for R-1 religious worker visa petitions. The suspension will be used to determine whether or not USCIS can continue to process these petitions within the 15-day time period required by premium processing.
