Diversity Visa Lottery Registration Begins

The 2008 Diversity Visa Lottery registration period began yesterday and continues through noon on December 3, 2006. The Diversity Visa Lottery program offers 50,000 immigrant visas a year to eligible applicants. Last year several million applications were submitted. Winners are randomly selected by computer and have one year to complete immigrant visa processing.
