Fee Information
Jennings Immigration Law Office charges a flat fee for the majority of its professional services. Fees vary depending upon the particular services required by each individual situation. For this reason, fees are not set until an initial consultation has taken place and the attorney has been able to determine all of the relevant facts. Fees will be discussed and agreed upon at the conclusion of the initial consultation. The charge for an initial one hour consultation with an immigration attorney is $150. The consultation charge will be credited toward the professional fees if this office is retained within one week of the consultation. For services where a flat fee is not available, an hourly rate will be assessed. The client is responsible for all costs that may be incurred during representation, including but not limited to government fees, court fees, postage, courier fees, travel expenses, etc.
